Job Description

The Role:

The Sales Admin Assistant is an entry-level role responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and sales support team such as responding to inquiries or correspondences, data entry of incoming orders, or preparing reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including Inside and Outside Sales teams
  • Manage order desk communications and support external sales portals
  • Receive, sort, and route incoming order desk emails to the appropriate team members
  • Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Use CRM systems to manage orders, maintain records, and support customer communication
  • Coordinate regularly with Accounting and Shipping teams for order processing and fulfillment
  • Receive and enter orders via phone, email, and fax while identifying upselling opportunities
  • Prepare price quotations and client documentation using the ERP system
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally and promptly
  • Create and maintain confidential client files and internal communication records
  • Support lead follow-up by sending quotations, samples, and related communications as directed by the sales team
  • Provide logistics information to customers and internal sales partners as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Skills & Competencies Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar coordination role
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
  • University degree or college diploma in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Working Conditions:

  • Work schedule: 12:00AM - 9:00 AM MNL TIME
  • Work arrangement: ONSITE in Ortigas
