Job Description

Qualifications

5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Management Consulting

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified; Black Belt certification is an advantage

Proficient in data visualization and process mapping tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing workflows

Identify inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance

Manage Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects from planning to implementation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business goals

Support change management through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement

Partner with IT and RPA teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency
