- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights
- Develop and execute long-term and annual marketing strategies
- Adapt pricing, positioning, and promotional tactics to meet targets
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and opinion leaders
- Partner with sales and key account teams to drive growth
- Manage agencies, communications, and industry event participation
- Monitor KPIs, ROI, and marketing budget performance
- Align marketing activities with supply chain, finance, and CRM teams
A successful Marketing Manager - Poultry & Swine should have:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5-8 years experience in marketing or product management roles
- Background in pharmaceutical, veterinary, or life sciences industries
- Experience or exposure to poultry and swine segments is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans
- Experience working with cross-functional and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of budget management, KPIs, and ROI analysis
- Strong communication and influencing skills
