Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and provide opinions, memoranda, and strategic advice to management.
Draft pleadings, contracts, agreements, and official correspondence with government agencies.
Represent the company in meetings and coordinate with regulators, legal teams, and external partners.
Review and monitor contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
Identify legal risks and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Law; Philippine Bar Exam passer.
45 years of corporate legal experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in contract negotiations and high-value agreements; litigation experience is an advantage.

Skills And Competencies

Strong knowledge of Philippine laws and jurisprudence.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong communication and legal drafting skills.
Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
