Duties And Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and provide opinions, memoranda, and strategic advice to management.
  • Draft pleadings, contracts, agreements, and official correspondence with government agencies.
  • Represent the company in meetings and coordinate with regulators, legal teams, and external partners.
  • Review and monitor contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
  • Identify legal risks and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Law; Philippine Bar Exam passer.
  • 45 years of corporate legal experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and high-value agreements; litigation experience is an advantage.

Skills And Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Philippine laws and jurisprudence.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and legal drafting skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
