Context

The Job involves Planning, designing and overseeing the construction of Landscape in relation to railway stations. Junior Landscape architects typically spend much of their time in the office where he/she develop plans together with his/her superior and with collaboration with other construction and design discipline.

He/She plays a significant role in shaping the built environment, working on various NSCR-Ex stations.

Missions/Main Duties

• Creative with knowledge in sketching and Conceptual Design.
• Carries out Design Development and Production work for given project with applicable standards and project brief under minimal supervision of a Senior staff.
• Develops detailed design works and production of CAD plans , Cad Details and working sketches.
• Coordinates with internal Design team, Engineering (MEPF) and documentation work and interacts with other disciplines, e.g. Architects, Engineers,Quantity surveyor, Document Controllers, etc.
• Attends workshops as needed.
• Project site visits on a schedule basis when required.
• Monitoring and Maintenance of team standards Database.
• Ability to apply professional knowledge to design Landscape projects of varying level of complexity under the supervision and direction of Senior Designer.
• Performing other duties as may be required and assigned from time to time.
  
  

Profile/Skills

Active Licensed Landscape Architect

B.S. Landscape Architecture Graduate or B.S. Architecture Graduate

Proficient in CAD

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop

Knowledge in Revit, Lumion, Sketch up and other related 3d software

Proficient in Microsoft office

Good hand drawing skills
