A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for our organic and paid search presence, lead our AEO strategy to ensure Acquire Intelligence surfaces in AI-generated responses such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, and create content engineered for zero-click and AI-surfaced results.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with deep technical expertise in SEO, SEM, and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) — someone who understands how AI is reshaping search and can turn insights into campaigns and content that drive measurable pipeline growth.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Own the SEO and SEM roadmap, including keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimisation, and paid search campaign management across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Lead our Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategy to improve visibility in AI-generated search results, featured snippets, and zero-click answers.
  • Write and publish blog posts and long-form content engineered to rank in traditional search and surface in AI-generated answers.
  • Operate inside Salesforce to track lead source, campaign attribution, and conversion rates from search to closed-won.
  • Build dashboards connecting search performance to pipeline outcomes.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns targeting C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Monitor AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot to track brand presence and identify content gaps.
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and attribution consistency across Salesforce and marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align search and content strategies with broader business goals.

Must-Haves

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, or growth marketing with a hands-on technical approach.
  • Deep understanding of AEO / GEO principles including structured data, schema markup, E-E-A-T, and entity optimisation.
  • Proven ability to create or direct blog content that ranks and drives qualified traffic.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Bing Ads campaigns with direct budget accountability.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent enterprise CRM for campaign attribution and pipeline tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
  • Highly data-driven and conversion-focused mindset.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience working in a corporate or head office environment within a BPO.
  • Experience with technical SEO including crawl optimisation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data implementation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Experience in B2B or professional services marketing targeting C-suite audiences.
  • Background in AI, outsourcing, or enterprise technology industries.
