As an Executive & Administrative Associate, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will contribute to maintaining smooth operations and fostering effective communication within the organization. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, learning how to build meaningful connections and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will be driven by curiosity and adaptability, taking ownership of your development and consistently delivering quality work. Responsibilities

  • Providing efficient administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Utilizing office productivity applications to enhance workflow and communication
  • Conducting research to gather information and analyze facts for informed decision-making
  • Managing records and maintaining organized documentation for easy retrieval and reference
  • Supporting stakeholder management by facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Applying secretarial services to assist in daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Adapting to a fast-paced environment and diverse team dynamics to deliver quality work
  • Developing commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to contribute effectively
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firms code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
