Have you ever wondered whats behind a digital ad that reaches exactly the right person at exactly the right moment? The targeting decisions, the creative trafficking, the data that tells you whether a campaign is truly working. If youre someone who is fascinated by how digital media operates, and who wants to be at the operational heart of it, this role puts you there.

Youll be working with one of Australias leading broadcast and digital media networks, supporting campaigns that run across digital audio, podcasts, display, and DAB+ stations. As a Digital Ad Operations Coordinator, you will support the implementation, management, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across audio, podcast, streaming, display, and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, tracked effectively, and delivered successfully.

This role is ideal for someone with strong digital operations experience who enjoys working in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns across streaming, podcast, display, and digital audio platforms
• Traffic campaigns across platforms and ensure all specifications are met prior to launch
• Monitor campaign timelines, delivery, and performance to ensure successful execution
• Conduct quality assurance checks across campaign setup, tracking tags, pixels, and creative implementation
• Troubleshoot campaign delivery and technical issues in collaboration with internal support teams
• Generate campaign reporting and analyse delivery and performance data
• Coordinate closely with Commercial, Partnerships, Podcast Operations, and Inventory teams to support campaign execution
• Maintain campaign documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Communicate campaign updates and delivery status clearly to stakeholders
• Ensure all campaign activity complies with operational standards, privacy regulations, and quality guidelines
• Manage workload and priorities effectively within a fast-paced operational environment
  
  

a Bit About You

• Experience in digital ad operations, campaign trafficking, digital media, or advertising operations environments
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics, WordPress, Triton, ad servers, or related technologies
• Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows, tracking, and campaign setup
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and reporting insights
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to campaign accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate across operational and commercial teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
