Creative Designer

Reporting to: Digital Marketing Lead
A Snapshot of Your Role
We are seeking a talented and marketing-savvy Creative Designer to join our team. This role demands a unique combination of creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic marketing insight. As our Creative Marketing, you will design visually compelling and conversion-driven content that supports our marketing initiatives and strengthens our brand presence across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Promotional Content Creation: Design impactful images, animations, and videos tailored for marketing campaigns, social media, and other brand-building activities, ensuring they drive engagement and convert leads into sales.
Marketing Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and audience insights, ensuring all designs align with marketing goals and branding strategies.
Website Content Design: Develop promotional visuals for the website, ensuring they enhance user experience and support sales funnels.
UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, interactive, and visually appealing UI/UX designs for the website, focused on customer retention and conversion optimisation.
Brand Identity: Produce visually consistent documents, presentations, and images that adhere to our brand guidelines and enhance our brand story.
Trend Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends in design and marketing to ensure our creatives remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications And Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1-5 years of experience in multimedia design, with a proven track record of creating marketing-driven visuals.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, customer behaviour, and sales funnels.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe XD
Proficiency with UI/UX tools - Figma
Strong video editing, graphic motion, and animation skills.
Marketing Skills:
Knowledge of marketing platforms and their creative requirements, including Google, social media, email campaigns, and affiliate marketing.
Ability to analyse marketing data to inform creative decisions.
Creative Expertise:
Strong sense of visual storytelling, branding, and design aesthetics.
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to produce high-performing content.
Skills & Attributes:
Communication: Fluent in English, able to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Collaboration: Effective teamwork skills with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Passionate about learning new technologies and thriving in a remote work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Ability to take constructive feedback and to self-assess and integrate learning into designs and professional development
Advantages:
Experience working with e-commerce, telecommunications, or digital-first brands
Knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus (HTML, CSS, Vue.JS, Nuxt3)
Familiarity with tools for marketing analytics and SEO principles
Experience in writing or collaborating on ad copy, blog posts, and email marketing content.
