If youre someone whos fascinated by how the media industry actually operates, and who wants to be right at the centre of it, this role puts you there.

At Acquire Intelligence, we work with some of Australias biggest broadcast networks to make that precision possible. Youll be part of a team where attention to detail matters, where your work has a direct and audible impact, and where no two days look exactly the same.

As a Airtime Implementation Coordinators, you will support the day-to-day management of broadcast airtime operations across assigned stations. You’ll be responsible for bookings management, broadcast log scheduling, material instructions, reconciliation, compliance checks, and campaign delivery to ensure all airtime activities are executed accurately and on schedule.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and enjoys balancing precision, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Manage airtime bookings and ensure all submissions are processed accurately within required turnaround times
  • Coordinate with Sales and Programming teams regarding bookings that fall outside broadcast guidelines
  • Schedule and maintain daily broadcast logs in line with station clocks and operational requirements
  • Process material instructions and coordinate audio readiness with Production and Creative teams
  • Monitor live read requirements and ensure alignment with talent schedules and operational deadlines
  • Conduct reconciliation checks and resolve any airtime or scheduling discrepancies promptly
  • Complete daily log exports, spot checks, networking checks, and operational reporting
  • Review ZETTA and ISCI reports and escalate issues where required
  • Ensure all broadcast activity complies with operational standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support smooth campaign delivery across assigned stations
  • Maintain operational records, reporting, and documentation accurately
  • Identify opportunities for workflow and process improvements within the operations function

a Bit About You

  • Experience in broadcast operations, media traffic, airtime coordination, or related operational environments is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Experience using airtime booking or traffic systems such as Aquira or similar platforms is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail across bookings, scheduling, and operational workflows
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Creative, Production, and Programming teams
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capability
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
