As part of the Compliance, Risk & Quality Management team you will support the establishment of first-line governance capabilities that enhance policy compliance and quality management. As a Senior Associate, you will engage with stakeholders to coordinate compliance activities, contribute to documentation discipline, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational processes.

• Bachelors Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Experience in compliance and policy governance
• Demonstrating attention to precision and documentation discipline
• Coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing priorities
• Analyzing data to identify trends and insights
• Utilizing workflow tools for process management
• Supporting automation and process standardization
• Excelling in written and verbal communication
• Exposure to Quality Management Systems preferred
