JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Open to college juniors or seniors, or fresh grads
  • Looking for a Management/Operations candidate to step into the "heart of the house." If you’re interested in how People, Processes, and Profit intersect in the creative world, this is for you.
  • This isnt just a support role; it’s a holistic immersion into how a creative business scales and sustains itself.


What Youll Do

  • Process Optimization: Research and implement modern business methodologies to streamline departmental workflows.
  • People & Culture: Support internal initiatives that drive team engagement and maintain our agency’s unique DNA.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in managing office standards and day-to-day logistics to ensure a seamless work environment.
  • Financial Administration: Get exposure to the fiscal side of creativity, assisting with basic financial tracking and reporting.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively across different teams and seniority levels.
  • GSuite Mastery: Highly proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy finding a "better way" to do things.
  • Discretion & Detail: Since you’ll handle P&C, Office, and Finance tasks, a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail is a must.


Actual Work Youll be involved with


  • People and Culture
  • Assist in the Talent Acquisition life cycle. From hiring to offboarding.
  • Assist in handling concerns of employees/co-interns.

Office Management

  • Assist in the preparation for regulatory compliance requirements such as business permits, SSS, Pagibig, Philhealth,etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of requirements for client accreditation.

Finance

  • Assist in preparations for the tax season and closing of books for the fiscal year 2025.

People and Culture

  • Research on AI tools to use for the productivity of Creatives and Strat.
  • Research on HRIS, Finance, and Office Management platforms.


Office Management

  • Research on applicable ISO certified guidelines and standards for filing, labeling, and sorting documents.


Finance

  • Research on accessible financial tools we can utilize to yield interest.

CAPSTONE PROJECT # 2


  • The "Operations Health" Audit
  • This
  • project is ideal for interns with an analytical mindset who want to understand how a business actually runs.The G
  • oal: Identify bottlenecks in internal workflows and come up with recommendations to fix them. The T
  • ask: Map out the "Lifecycle of an Employee" or "Lifecycle of a Contract." They would interview team members to find where processes slow down (e.g., "It takes too long to get a software procured" or "Legal review of NDAs missed a few steps")Deliv
  • erable: A Process Optimization Map with at least three specific recommendations for automation or simplification.
