As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brands visual identity across all channels. You will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand image is consistently communicated and visually compelling. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven fashion retail track record, a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of current industry trends.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain a solid and cohesive visual identity for the brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency in design elements, color schemes, and typography.
Lead the creative development of collection campaigns, collaborating with marketing and merchandising teams to align with business objectives while maintaining high creativity and innovation.
Manage and inspire a team of designers, photographers, and other creative professionals, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Provide clear artistic direction for photoshoots, videos, website wireframes, offline collaterals, store window designs, and other creative projects, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging.
Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform and guide the brands creative direction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce, to ensure creative initiatives align with overall business strategies.
Responsible for managing the creative budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Minimum Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
Proven experience leading and managing creative teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translating business objectives into creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
