Job Description

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals.
Lead and manage the recruitment team to deliver high-quality candidate experiences.
Collaborate with department heads to identify and fulfill staffing needs.
Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve hiring processes.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and organizational policies during the hiring process.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the Media & Agency industry.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in recruitment.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Candidate Should Have

Proven expertise in talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with volume hiring across APAC
Ability to develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
Experience in building employer branding initiatives.
Open to mid-shift schedule
