Process medical or travel insurance claims accurately and on time.
Provide travel assistance and support during emergencies.
Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
Deliver customer service by answering inquiries, explaining coverage, and resolving issues.
Coordinate with providers, partners, and internal teams as needed.
Maintain compliance with data privacy and insurance guidelines.

Requirements
Must have completed at least 2nd year of college or hold a Bachelors degree (preferred)
Senior High School (SHS) graduates are welcome to apply.
Minimum of 6 months BPO experience in any of the following:
Policy management, claims processing, or customer service accounts (preferably within medical or travel insurance services); OR
Travel Insurance or Travel Assistance accounts
Strong communication and comprehension skills
Solid understanding of policies and product knowledge
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
High attention to detail with accurate documentation skills
Proficient in system navigation and coordinating with other departments
Strong customer focus and collaborative/team-oriented approach
Good to excellent English communication skills
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Open to upskilling and cross-training to support other Lines of Business (LOBs) based on operational requirements
