Key Responsibilities

• Develop urban design plans, master plans, and spatial strategies for neighborhoods, districts, and cities.
• Design public spaces, streetscapes, plazas, and parks that are safe, accessible, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, planners, engineers, and government agencies on urban development projects.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and urban research.
• Prepare design drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations to communicate ideas to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with urban planning guidelines with local authorities (this can be learn)
• Engage with communities and stakeholders to understand social and cultural needs.
• Integrate sustainable practices, mobility planning, and green infrastructure into designs.
  
  
  

• Proficiency in design and modeling tools such as:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, others)
• Rhino 3D
• Microstation (optional but beneficial)
• GIS (optional but beneficial)
• And other AI tools for developing master plan (optional but beneficial)

• Creative problem-solving and design thinking
• Understanding of transport systems, public space design, and environmental planning
• Middle east experience (optional but beneficial)
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills
