Truck And FB Van Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Truck and FB Van Driver to transport goods, materials, and equipment to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a strong understanding of road safety regulations, and the ability to maintain delivery schedules while ensuring the security of cargo.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and FB vans safely and efficiently for deliveries and pickups.
• Transport goods, materials, and equipment to customers, suppliers, and company sites.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness and report any maintenance issues.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit.
• Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes while complying with traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspections.
• Obtain necessary signatures and documentation for deliveries and collections.
• Keep vehicles clean and in good working condition.
• Communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
• Assist with warehouse or logistics activities when required.
  
  

Qualifications

At least High School Graduate

Valid Professional Drivers License

(Restriction Codes: 1, 2, 3 or equivalent DL Codes)

• Restriction 1 maps to DL Code A and A1
• Restriction 2 maps to DL Code B and B2
• Restriction 3 maps to DL Code C and D
  
  

With proven experience driving trucks (6 Wheelers and 4 Wheelers) or FB Vans

Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes

Physically fit and able to lift/load items

Honest, disciplined, and dependable

Can work flexible hours when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, distribution, or freight transportation.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and route-planning applications.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Frequent travel within assigned routes and service areas.
• May require early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday work depending on operational needs.
• Exposure to varying weather and road conditions.
