Job Summary

This role provides administrative and sales support to our Sydney and Manila-based Retail Sales Team, ensuring travel bookings are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue travel documentation and tickets.
• Access client files in the reservation system to update supplier confirmations and booking amendments.
• Verify that supplier rates align with contracted rates.
• Check that supplier-confirmed services match the original booking requests and ensure all bookings are complete and accurate.
• Send booking updates and confirmations to Sales Consultants.
• Identify and communicate any pricing or booking discrepancies to the Sales Consultant.
• Book supplementary travel services (e.g., rail and ferry tickets) through supplier portals and issue tickets upon receipt of payment.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding deposits and payments.
• Assist the Sales Team with booking administration, quotations, and itinerary preparation.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience in the travel industry.
• Experience using a travel reservation system (non-airline reservation systems preferred).
• Strong understanding of travel booking processes and documentation.
