A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

Role

You are a Trainer, a champion in your field. As part of the A-Team, your role plays a vital part in supporting capability development across the business. Your tasks include:

  • Facilitating training sessions that support employee competency development.
  • Reviewing course curricula and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring training quality standards and documentation requirements are met.
  • Partnering with the L&D team to implement programs that enhance employee capabilities.
  • Conducting evaluations to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Creating and updating training materials aligned with learning objectives.
  • Identifying performance gaps and recommending corrective actions or training interventions.
  • Ensuring all activities are aligned with information security and data privacy policies.

a Bit About You

  • Prior experience in training delivery or learning and development
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Experience developing instructional materials and course content
  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
