Job Description
- Engage with potential customers via chat and outbound calls to convert leads into sales.
- Proactively understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Work collaboratively with the team to drive revenue growth.
- Education: College level or higher.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in chat sales and/or outbound telesales. Experience in local insurance sales is a plus.
- Sales & Customer Focus: Strong ability to persuade, engage, and close sales.
- Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule as needed.
