π― Role Mission As a Technical Support Engineer (Civil) , you will be responsible for developing and implementing standard engineering policies for the Building Management Department of Robinsons Offices . Your role includes conducting technical evaluations of building maintenance, repair, and improvement projects (structural, roofing, waterproofing, faΓ§ade painting, etc); acting as a project-manager of operations-related CAPEX projects/ renovations, performing regular technical audits of existing and constructing sites and finalizing reports with the Technical Support Manager; and analyzing data from the Computerized Maintenance and Management System (CMMS) to recommend corrective and preventive actions for the operations team. π§ What Weβre Looking For
π Licensed Civil Engineer
π± At least 2 years of experience in project management, with at least 1 year experience in dealing with operations/ property management representatives
π Strong analytical and communication skills
π Willing to work onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig (Head Office-based)
