Tech Project Manager - Hybrid

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a start up tech company focusing in the data and AI space in their search for a Tech Project Manager based in Metro Manila.

Salary Range: up to ₱70,000

Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Metro Manila

The Role

The ideal candidate will be the conductor of the entire operation — not a coordinator. You start as the consultant where you understand the company, objectives, and problems. From this, you conceptualize and iterate on a solution. Once the solution is signed off, you bring it to life with the developers. If you've ever been a project manager with responsibility but no real authority, this is the opposite of that – you will own the whole process from scope conception to product delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• The client relationship — from diagnosis to delivery to expansion
• Creating the scope of custom Data/AI products
• Delivery: timelines, quality, and the margin on every engagement
  
  

• A Bachelor's Degree in CompSci, MIS, IT Entrep, or a similar field
• A proven track record running technical or software projects end to end
• Commercial instinct — you think in margin and scope, not just deliverables
• Someone who can run independently and be trusted with a client early
• A diagnostician at heart: you believe the best builds start with understanding the problem deeply, not jumping to a solution
