Your Role:

As a Systems Administrator (Risk & Compliance), You Will

System Administration & Configuration

• Administer, configure, and maintain IDX’s CAMMS GRCS platform across risk, incident, audit, compliance, and contract management modules.
• Implement workflow process improvements, ensuring consistency and automation across modules.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and hierarchies to maintain governance and data integrity.
• Apply system governance protocols, ensuring all configurations align with approved frameworks and business rules.
  
  

Technical Integration & Reporting

• Design, test, and support API integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g. Workday, Cemplicity, Active Directory, etc.).
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using CAMMS reporting tools and SQL queries from Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and analytics, ensuring data quality and structure meet operational and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with IDX IT and CAMMS vendor technical teams to troubleshoot integration or data exchange issues.
  
  

Continuous Improvement & Development

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration registers, and change control logs.
• Recommend and implement best-practice solutions for GRC systems management and data governance.
  
  

Support & Vendor Management

• Provide second-line support for complex system issues not resolved by internal users.
• Coordinate periodic system updates, testing, and change requests with the CAMMS vendor and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionality or major system releases.
  
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with the Group Risk & Compliance Manager to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Provide technical input into policy, process, and governance documentation relating to risk, compliance, audit, and incident workflows.
• Support the communication and rollout of system changes across IDX’s network of users.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3 years’ experience in system administration or configuration roles
• Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, including writing and optimising SQL queries for reporting and integration.
• Experience designing and implementing API integrations and managing data exchange workflows.
• Proven ability to manage workflow automation, hierarchy configuration, and system governance.
