What will you do as a System Onboarding Associate

• Responsible for supporting system onboarding activities through accurate data entry, validation, and account setup within internal systems and databases.
• Review, extract, and process information from PDF, Excel, and Word documents.
• Format and organize data using standardized templates and tools.
• Enter, validate, and upload new customer, account, and system information into internal databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by performing quality checks and validations.
• Maintain accurate records of data uploads, account setups, and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete data-related tasks and support operational requirements.
• Follow established procedures, workflows, and documentation standards when processing information.
• Identify, investigate, and report data discrepancies or issues requiring correction or escalation.
• Assist in maintaining data integrity across multiple systems and platforms.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance onboarding efficiency and data accuracy.
• Participate in training and development activities to build knowledge of systems, tools, and procedures.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards while managing assigned workloads and deadlines.
• Maintain professionalism, accountability, and adherence to company policies and performance expectations.
 
What We're Looking For :

• Previous data entry, administrative, or other relevant experience preferred, but not required 
• MS Office proficiency required, Excel specifically important 
• Must be respectful and possess stellar communication skills 
• Must be comfortable working cross-functionally with different departments 


Experience That’s a Plus;
Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce.
Extensive knowledge of Solar Storage Systems.
