As our new System Consultant, PLM 3DExperience, you will be ensuring stable operation and continuous development of the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, providing senior-level support for CATIA V6 workflows, and driving systemic improvements as part of a major PLM transformation program. What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the IS PLM 3DExperience team, youll create impact by Strengthening the digital foundation for engineering excellence by stabilising and evolving our cloud-based 3DEXPERIENCE platform as the cornerstone of Grundfoss digital thread and product development.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Provide second- and third-level support for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and CATIA V6, performing root-cause analysis and coordinating incident resolution with Dassault Systèmes
• Establish problem management practices that reduce recurring incidents and strengthen long-term operational stability
• Drive continuous platform development and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with standards and coordinating across engineering, IT operations, and vendors
• Define and maintain best practices, documentation, and knowledge articles that enable consistent support and user self-service
• Advise engineering and IT stakeholders on platform usage, operational implications, and improvement priorities based on support insights
• Support platform releases by participating in planning, testing, user guidance preparation, and post-release stabilisation
  
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

Above all, you are a senior PLM specialist with deep 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA V6 expertise, strong analytical and root-cause skills, and a structured, proactive mindset for driving stability and continuous improvement in complex engineering environments. We would also imagine that you have:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong, documented professional experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE and CATIA V6 in an engineering context
• Proven track record in complex application support, problem management, and root-cause analysis in business-critical environments
• Experience driving continuous improvements and coordinating across stakeholders and vendors
  
  

It is a plus if you are also:

• Experience with CATIA/ENOVIA V5 to 3DEXPERIENCE cloud migration projects
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and hypercare/go-live stabilisation
• Experience mentoring team members and building shared knowledge practices
