Work Scope

• Lead mission-critical strategic initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring clarity of outcomes and disciplined delivery
• Structure ambiguous business problems into clear workstreams, plans, and execution roadmaps
• Drive alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate execution
• Identify leverage points to improve speed, efficiency, and business impact across initiatives
• Own end-to-end delivery quality, ensuring initiatives translate into measurable organizational value
  
  

• 3+ years experience in strategy, consulting, or high-performance execution environments
• Strong ability to think structurally and operate comfortably in ambiguity
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• High ownership mindset with strong bias for action and outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders
