Junior – Mid Full Stack Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with experience or exposure to Laravel, Vuejs, and Reactjs. In this role, you will play an active part in building and maintaining our telco website and internal systems, collaborating with local and international teams.

You will contribute to developing scalable and efficient applications, applying established architectural patterns and best practices to deliver clean, maintainable code that meets functional and performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Web Application Development:
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications and features.
• Build and enhance front-end and back-end functionality using Laravel, Vue.js, and React.js.
• Follow established coding standards and best practices to deliver clean, maintainable code.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with senior developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve performance, usability, and reliability.
• Quality Assurance:
• Assist with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting application issues.
• Help improve existing systems to enhance functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Mentorship:
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• API Development:
• Contribute to the development and consumption of RESTful APIs.
• Support integration between front-end and back-end components under guidance.
  
  

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience as a Full Stack or Software Developer, with hands-on exposure to building or supporting web applications in a professional environment.
• Technical Skills:
• Front-End
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Vue.js and/or React.js and component-based development.
• Understanding of responsive and user-friendly design principles.
• Back-End
• Experience with PHP and Laravel framework.
• Basic understanding of RESTful API development.
• Integration & Databases:
• Exposure to front-end and back-end integration.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Problem-Solving: Able to analyze issues and work through solutions with guidance.
• Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working in a supportive, cross-functional team environment.
• Adaptability: Eager to learn new technologies and grow technical skills.
• Attention to Detail: Takes pride in producing reliable, maintainable code.
