 Role Overview

Reporting to the QMS Senior Manager, the Senior Specialist, QMS is the technical anchor for the Quality Management System. This role is responsible for translating complex telecommunications workflows into ISO 9001:2015 compliant documentation and building the data visualization frameworks that allow leadership to monitor system health.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation & Coordination: Coordinate the establishment and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 standards across global departments under the Senior Manager’s guidance.
• Advanced Technical Writing: Author high-level SOPs and technical manuals. Ability to simplify complex telecommunications infrastructure and service processes into clear, auditable procedures is essential.
• Audit Program Management: Coordinate the internal audit cycle. Conduct complex process audits and guide department heads through root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Risk Management SME: Facilitate risk assessment workshops, maintain the organizational Risk Register, and track the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Design and build automated QMS dashboards in Looker Studio. Transform raw quality data into actionable insights (e.g., audit findings, NC trends, and process performance).
• Global Collaboration: Manage QMS projects across different timezones, ensuring global consistency in quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in QMS, preferably within the Telecommunications or related technology-driven industries..
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ICT, or a related technical field.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Looker Studio and data manipulation (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor.
• Communication: Exceptional written and oral English; able to present data-driven reports to management.
