💼 Role: IT Support Engineer

🎯 Provide first and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
🖥️ Troubleshoot and resolve incidents remotely and on-site while meeting SLA requirements
☁️ Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, Windows, and Mac OS environments
📊 Manage and document incidents through the ticketing system with accurate updates
🔒 Perform system maintenance, backups, and proactive monitoring to ensure security and reliability
🤝 Build strong relationships with UK-based clients through clear communication and timely updates
📝 Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
🚀 Recommend and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

✅ At least 5 years of experience in an IT Support or Service Desk role
✅ Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, and networking fundamentals
✅ Experience managing incidents and working within SLA-driven environments
✅ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✅ Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence supporting UK/British-based clients
✅ CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or other relevant IT certifications are an advantage
