Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to report to Ortigas.

Salary Range: P120,000 - P150,000

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Ortigas

Your Responsibilities

Identify gaps and propose / implement solutions
Analyze & translate user requirements into functional specifications
Perform system configuration / enhancements / fixes
Accomplish required documents such as configuration manuals, HLD, RTM
Create and execute sound test strategies, plans, and cases
Provide implementation / deployment support and defect resolution

What Were Looking For

Must have 6-8 years of minimum experience working as an SAP HR Functional Consultant (SAP HCM)
Extensive experience with PAYROLL (PY) module is non-negotiable
Experience with S/4 HANA is an advantage
