Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Support W+R research project leads on logistics, participant recruitment,

incentives, Ops & vendor coordination.

  • Process Optimization: Streamline W+R research operations by improving workflows, documentation,

and knowledge management systems.

  • Data & Compliance: Ensure data governance, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and

international/regional regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with research, wellness, leadership and business teams to align

operational support with research goals.

  • Vendor & Budget Management: Coordinate with external research vendors and internal procurement,

track budgets, and take care of invoicing and contracts.

  • Tool & Platform Support: Maintain and support survey tools and knowledge repositories to ensure

smooth functioning.

  • Reporting & Insights: Generate operational reports and dashboards to track project status, resource

utilization, and efficiency metrics.

  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects, coordinate across departments and geos, and work in a larger

team to ensure strong business impact of the research team.

  • Balance the need for quick turnaround with longer-term strategic efforts.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance on project management, research

implementation, and report writing.

  • Work outside of traditional working hours and travel as needed to collaborate with international

stakeholders.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Neuroscience,

Sociology, Ethnography, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

  • Work experience of 4 years conducting applied behavioral research in corporate companies.
  • Strong understanding of research methods and operational processes.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of lean and agile methodologies, as well as

business/product development cycles.

  • Familiarity with research tools (e.g., R, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Jira, Confluence).
  • Good to have project management certification (Google, Lean Six Sigma...).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency is overseeing or guiding teams on timelines, SOPs, regulations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across diverse, cross-cultural teams.
