Title: Senior Procurement Manager (Food Category)

The Senior Procurement Manager (Food Category) Will Support The Creation And Implementation Of Business-wide Category Strategies That Deliver Value To The Organization In Alignment With Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) Overall Business Strategy. This Includes

• Establishing, leading and developing the capability of his/her team
• Providing strategic input into category management framework and approaches
• Developing and project-managing the execution of category strategies
• Partnering with Global Procurement teams and executive teams of internal stakeholders
  
  

The role will be seen as a subject matter expert of the category group and the ability to gain credibility with internal stakeholders and persuade people to change and/or adhere to a certain strategic direction is essential. An in-depth understanding of the supply market for each category, and the ability to determine opportunities for cost reduction and supplier enhancement is critical.

Key Responsibilities

Supply and Risk Management: deliver a robust, optimized and agile supplier network for current and future JFC requirements.

Cost Leadership: spend cost reduction, leveraging digital tools, business partnerships and increasing spend influence and management to maximize savings.

Supplier Relationship Management: manage supplier partnerships, performance and the supplier lifecycle delivering competitive advantage through leadership on cost, innovation, sustainability and supply resiliency.

People Leadership: leading a team, as well as managing projects and programs.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in relevant field. At least 5-10 years of professional experience and demonstrated knowledge of the food value chain
• Prior exposure to Coffee category management, procurement or an engineering or operational environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in managing a multi-disciplinary team in a project-led environment.
• The ability to craft long-term internal and external business relationships, manage change and provide strategic leadership is essential.
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
