Senior Mulesoft Integration Consultant - Hybrid

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a leading tech company in the Philippines in their search for a Senior Mulesoft Integration Consultant to report to Ortigas.

Salary Range: Open

Work Setup: Hybrid: (2-3x a week onsite)

Shift Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)

Location: Ortigas

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of MuleSoft-based integration solutions across enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into integration solutions and technical specifications.
• Design APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Designer, API Manager, and AnyPoint Studio.
• Develop and maintain RAML specifications, API contracts, and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise
• Perform system analysis, debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
• Mentor and guide junior integration developers and consultants.
• Participate in integration architecture planning and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to integration and security best practices, compliance standards, and data governance.
• Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines for integration services.
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience
• Proven experience leading and managing development teams, including task delegation and technical mentorship.
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency in DataWeave, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Anypoint Studio, and Exchange.
• Experience integrating with cloud platforms, ERP systems, CRMs, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS, and secure API design.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
