Job Description

Job Scope

Lead end-to-end accounting operations including month-end and year-end close
Prepare and review financial statements and ensure accuracy of all reports
Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance standards
Manage reconciliations (banks, balance sheet, fixed assets) and resolve variances
Support audits, tax requirements, and cross-functional financial coordination

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with audit or finance background (Big 4 preferred)
At least 5+ years experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and internal control frameworks
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar is an advantage)
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage tight deadlines
