The Senior Graphic Design Officer is responsible for leading the visual execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce initiatives across digital and physical touchpoints. This role oversees campaign design from concept to execution, ensures brand consistency, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, E-commerce, Visual Merchandising, Production, and external suppliers. The position combines creative leadership, hands-on design work, and project coordination to deliver high-quality visual materials for both B2C and B2B needs.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & E-commerce Design
Oversee e-commerce campaign layouts from moodboarding through final execution.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all campaign assets.
Design and review marketplace wireframes, product postings, newsletters, and other e-commerce materials.
Collaborate with Shopify developers to ensure website layouts and designs are accurately implemented using tools such as Figma.
Team Leadership & Task Delegation
Delegate graphic design tasks to the creative team and monitor progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Manage daily design requests from Marketing, Visual Merchandising, E-commerce, and other departments such as HR, Export, or Operations.
Marketing & Branding Materials
Create and oversee marketing materials for collection launches, including website wireframes/designs, social media posts and carousels, newsletters, stories, GIFs, and AI-assisted creative assets.
Develop branding and promotional materials such as newsletters, static or carousel posts, GIFs, stories, and mall mileage assets (digital and offline).
Utilize AI generation tools to support concept development, visual exploration, and content creation while maintaining brand consistency.
Visual Merchandising & In-Store Graphics
Support Visual Merchandising requirements by creating and overseeing in-store graphics, including shelf graphics, promo easels, standees, table graphics, window banners, window plotting, and store plotting.
Ensure in-store visuals align with brand identity and campaign messaging.
Print & Production Coordination
Coordinate with suppliers and printers for all print jobs, from prototype and sample development to mass production.
Create and oversee printed materials such as magazines, flyers, postcards, gift vouchers, and gift cards.
Review proofs, manage timelines, and ensure quality control throughout the production process.
Photoshoot & Content Production
Assist the Production team during photoshoots.
Create moodboards and shot lists for campaign photoshoots as needed, including AI-assisted visual references when appropriate.
Provide on-site support and coordinate with photographers to ensure all required shots are captured.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with copywriters, marketing officers, marketing assistants, and other stakeholders to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
Collaborate across departments to deliver creative solutions for both B2C and B2B materials.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Senior-level experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing visuals.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Strong working knowledge of Figma for wireframing, layout design, and collaboration.
Experience using AI generation tools for creative ideation, design enhancement, and content development.
