Senior Full-Stack Web Developer AI-Enabled

Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer (AI-Enabled) to design, build, and maintain high-quality websites and web applications using a mix of modern no-code/low-code platforms and full-stack development. This role leverages AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong standards for performance, scalability, and user experience.

The ideal candidate thinks in systems, makes sound architectural decisions, and actively uses generative AI tools to improve development speed, quality, and efficiency across modern web projects.

Key Responsibilities

Web & Application Development

• Build high-quality marketing websites and web applications using Framer, Webflow, and modern frameworks.
• Develop custom front-end and back-end functionality when platform limitations require it.
• Ensure responsive design, performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate onsite and remotely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready builds.
  
  
  

• Use Claude, ChatGPT, and other generative AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
• Apply AI for rapid prototyping, code generation, UX copy support, workflow automation, and testing.
• Continuously improve development speed and output quality through AI-driven processes.
  
  
  

• Make technical decisions on when to use platforms versus custom code.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
• Review code and mentor junior developers during onsite collaboration days.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability across projects.
  
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer.
• Strong experience with Framer and/or Webflow.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar.
• Back-end experience including Node.js, APIs, databases, and authentication.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and deployment workflows.
  
  
  

• Hands-on experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms in real projects.
• Comfortable integrating AI into daily workflows (not limited to experimentation).
• Strong understanding of how AI improves productivity without sacrificing quality.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (onsite and remote).
• Strong problem-solving and system-thinking skills.

• Experience building SaaS products, dashboards, or internal tools.
• Familiarity with headless CMS or e-commerce platforms.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers.
