Title: Senior Buyer

The Senior Buyer Will Support The Category Manager By Contributing To The Category Sourcing Strategies And Ensuring Alignment With Jollibee Foods Corporation’s (JFC) Procurement Policies And Procedures. This Includes

• Identify stakeholder requirements and execute category plans to meet business objectives.
• Optimize the supply base by leveraging market insights, conducting thorough analyses, and applying findings to drive value.
• Manage the entire supplier lifecycle, including accreditation, onboarding, performance evaluation, and phase-out processes.
• Ensure local sourcing practices and processes are fully aligned with overall procurement policies.
• Collaborate with the procurement leadership team to recommend and implement process improvements, ensuring effective on-site execution and compliance.
• Partner closely with Global Procurement teams and internal stakeholders to support organizational goals.
  
  

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
• Must have at least two (2) years of professional experience and demonstrated knowledge of the food value chain. Preference to have handled food commodities.
• Prior exposure to category management, procurement or an engineering or operational environment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in supporting a multi-disciplinary team in a project-led environment.
• Procurement and supply chain affiliations and/or certifications is an advantage.
• Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
