Senior Brand Manager

The Senior Brand Manager for the Beverage category will lead the development and execution of brand strategies, analyze market and consumer insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful marketing initiatives and successful product innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies, positioning, and marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive brand growth.
• Monitor brand performance, consumer trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities, optimize marketing investments, and improve business results.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, and NPD teams to drive innovation and ensure successful product launches.
• Partner with IMC, Activation teams, agencies, and media partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations that enhance consumer engagement and brand equity.
• Analyze campaign and product performance using data-driven insights and key metrics, providing recommendations to continuously improve effectiveness and achieve growth targets.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of brand management principles, consumer behavior, and market research.
• Prior experience in executing marketing campaigns, new product launches, and brand strategy implementation.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
