General Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Candidate Experience: Cultivate robust relationships with prospective talent, ensuring every touchpoint—from outreach to offer—reflects a premium and professional brand image.
  • Strategic Sourcing & Pipelining: Proactively identify and engage top-tier talent through LinkedIn Talent Solutions and niche platforms, building a robust talent pool to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates and maintaining long-term interest through high-touch engagement.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all recruitment activities meet or exceed SLA targets and OKRs, swiftly resolving any process bottlenecks or candidate experience issues.

Employer Branding

  • Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the organization’s employer branding initiatives, positioning the company as an employer of choice across social media, universities, and industry events.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with universities and industry networks to broaden the company’s reach and build a sustainable talent ecosystem.

General Talent Management Support

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the broader HR team to support talent management initiatives, ensuring a high-impact employee experience and cultural alignment.
  • Functional Agility: Execute additional HR projects, such as employee engagement activities and learning and development programs, to ensure the overall success of the talent ecosystem.

Data Management & Analytics

  • Strategic Reporting: Design and manage recruitment and employer branding dashboards, translating data into actionable insights and meaningful recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • System Governance & Integrity: Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure 100% data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the strict confidentiality of all talent-related information.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle Recruitment and Employer Branding.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS management; familiarity with content tools like Canva for brand storytelling.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to use Excel/Google Sheets to track hiring funnels and turn raw data into clear, professional reports.
  • Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with both senior hiring managers and prospective candidates.
  • Adaptability: A proactive self-starter who can balance high-volume recruitment with strategic branding projects and general HR support.
