Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our technology department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing advanced AI application and solutions, contributing to exciting projects that will transform our business and improve the efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Development:

  • Design, develop, implement, deploy AI models and algorithms to solve specific problems or enhance business processes.

  • Experiment with various machine learning techniques and frameworks to optimize model performance.

• Data Preparation:

  • Collect, preprocess, and clean data to ensure high-quality input for AI models.

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand data patterns and trends.

• Algorithm Optimization:

  • Tune hyperparameters and refine algorithms to improve accuracy and efficiency.

  • Evaluate and compare different modeling techniques to determine the best approach for specific applications.

• Deployment:

  • Implement AI application into production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Monitor model performance in real-time, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with data scientists, software developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on AI initiatives.

• Research and Development:

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and methodologies.

  • Conduct research to explore new techniques and frameworks that could benefit the organization.

• Documentation:

  • Collaborate with technical writer to maintain accurate documentation of model designs, algorithms, and data preprocessing steps for future reference and reproducibility.

  • Create user documentation and guides to assist end-users in interacting with AI applications.

• Testing and Validation:

  • Develop and execute testing protocols to validate model performance and reliability before deployment.

  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices in AI development.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze model failures and performance issues to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

  • Promote a culture of learning and experimentation within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science.

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

• Strong experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, ADK, etc.--).

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).

• Familiarity with data engineering and big data technologies 

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP).
