Job Description

Purpose:

The Senior Accountant overseas and coordinates all aspects of financial operations within the company, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and guiding his/her subordinates to achieve Finance goals.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of Financial Reports

FS Sched
Variance Analysis

Check/Review task/reports of subordinates

Check of Vouchers and corresponding attachments
Reports & FS Schedules
Filing to Government agencies

New Joiner

Finance Orientation
Opening of BDO payroll account

IC Recon
AR schedule

Fixed Assets

Monthly Depreciation
FA schedule
FA for disposal - monitoring

General Accounting

Liquidation of CA
Filing of quarterly Income Tax Return

Bank Recon

Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
With at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
With five (5) or more years of experience in General Accounting
CPA License is an advantage
Good Communication Skills
