SAP Process Solution Manager

Location: Pasay

Set-up: Onsite, Morning Shift

Overview:

Provide functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA business processes, support process documentation, and contribute to Fit–Gap analysis. Assist in workflow improvements, policy updates, and system implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in workshops and provide operational input for SAP processes
• Document AS-IS processes and define TO-BE workflows
• Identify gaps, exceptions, and functional requirements during Fit–Gap analysis
• Support updates to SOPs, policies, and internal controls impacted by SAP changes
• Assist with data requirements, system configuration, testing, and user training
  
  
  

• 3–5 years of functional experience in Finance, Procurement, Sales, HR, or related areas
• Skilled in process documentation, SOP creation, and workflow mapping
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA or other ERP platforms is an advantage
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of controls, compliance, and audit requirements
