Our Client, ReSource Pro, supports a wide range of business processes, with a focus on activities requiring deep domain expertise. They have a large and growing base of more than 10,500 employees based in the U.S., China, India, and Serbia with 400+ clients.

Your role

As a Sales Support Associate, You Will

• Assist Client Executives in managing client relationships and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and prepare client materials and proposals.
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline updates in Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct outreach to schedule client appointments and support marketing or sales events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent client service and process improvements.
  
  

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, client coordination, or business development.
• Experience with appointment setting and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience in insurance or professional services.
• Salesforce/CRM certification or training.
• Familiarity with project management tools and trade show coordination.
