Position Summary
The Sales Representative drives sales growth by achieving targets, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong in-store execution for Energizer products across assigned areas.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales of Energizer products (e.g., batteries, flashlights, portable lighting, light bulbs, auto care) within the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners.
Execute daily store visits to ensure optimal product visibility, stock availability, right product mix and point-of-sale (POS) compliance.
Ensure 100% field contact report (FCR) with distributor sales agent to achieve daily target and give meaningful insights to address concerns.
Weekly monitoring of DMS (sell-out) reports of the distributor.
Implement trade marketing programs, local promotions, and merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
100% Modern Trade coverage based on the assigned MT accounts.
Conduct monthly meetings with the distributor owners and sales agents.

Conduct monthly inventory of the distributor
Ensure timely order taking from distributors in accordance with the agreed cut‑off schedule and ensure prompt issuance of Official Receipts (OR) for collections.
Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Support the execution of in-store displays and promotional campaigns to drive sell-out.
Collaborate with supply chain teams and warehouse to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
Collaborate/reconcile with account/finance department to ensure all invoices are settled.
Collaborate with the Finance/Accounting Department to ensure accurate reconciliation and settlement of all outstanding invoices.
Additionally:
Ad hoc compilation of forecast quantities for merchandising needs.
Handle small key accounts and support their sales growth.
What we are looking for
Min of Diploma holders are encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
3-6 years’ Key Account Sales experience, handling key customer and account development planning across local chains.
