Sales Project Staff

The role will oversee the administration, adoption, and continuous enhancement two major projects ensuring both platforms deliver reliable insights, support data-driven decision-making, and strengthen business performance across General Trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support major projects ensuring system reliability, data integrity, user management, performance monitoring, and issue resolution in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
• Monitor retail execution metrics to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics that enable cross-functional stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and improve execution performance.
• Lead user onboarding, training, documentation, and change management initiatives to drive platform adoption, maximize user engagement, and ensure effective utilization of digital tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with dashboards (Power BI/Excel), system implementations, and FMCG operations is an advantage.
