Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive and accelerate our growth in new regions, starting with APAC. This role is key to expanding our international presence, building strong client relationships, and delivering revenue growth across global markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets, starting with APAC
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and international accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across regions
  • Represent Labrador in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events globally
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  • Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts, and market insights


Requirements

  • Proven experience leading sales growth in new regions and international markets
  • Strong track record managing accounts with international portfolios
  • Experience selling design, publication, technology, and data products/services
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business development
  • Willing to report in Pasig, Philippines, with flexibility to work from Manila and travel as needed.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to diverse cultures


Preferred Experience

  • Background in technology-driven solutions, data, or communication services
  • Familiarity with business practices in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand
  • Experience building long-term strategic partnerships
