We seek a Sales & Program Manager to lead our client’s SolarBuddy LIVE program in the Philippines, and to support its plans for expansion across Southeast Asia.
This role will focus primarily on sales and relationship development, working with corporate and community partners to secure bookings for SolarBuddy LIVE workshops and
social impact programs.
In addition to business development activities, the successful candidate will facilitate program sessions, coordinate event logistics, and manage basic program inventory and materials required for workshop delivery.
This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in establishing our client’s programs in the Philippines and contributing to the delivery of genuine global social impact.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Identify and develop relationships with corporations, event companies, community groups, and other organizations interested in participating in SolarBuddy LIVE team building and corporate volunteer programs
Present the SolarBuddy LIVE program to prospective partners and clients
Generate bookings for SolarBuddy LIVE workshops and impact programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations
Support the development of a sustainable pipeline of program opportunities
Program Delivery:
Facilitate SolarBuddy LIVE workshops and events for participating organizations
Deliver engaging presentations to groups of participants
Ensure workshops are delivered professionally and in alignment with SolarBuddy program guidelines
Represent SolarBuddy LIVE with professionalism and enthusiasm in all external engagements
Program Coordination:
Coordinate the planning and delivery of program events
Liaise with partner organizations regarding event scheduling and requirements
Ensure all materials and program components are prepared for successful delivery
Inventory & Logistics Coordination:
Maintain oversight of SolarBuddy LIVE program materials and equipment
Track inventory quantities and program supplies
Arrange courier or transport services for delivery and collection of program materials where required
Reporting & Administration:
Maintain records of program activities and sales pipeline
Provide updates and reports to the SolarBuddy LIVE leadership team
Support general program administration as required
What we are looking for:
Essential Skills & Experience:
Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to confidently present to groups
Experience engaging with corporate or community stakeholders
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Professional English communication skills
Desirable Experience:
Experience in event facilitation or training delivery
Experience working with social enterprises, NGOs, or purpose-driven
organizations.
Experience managing small projects or programs

Work Location:
The position will be based in Metro Manila
Permanent WFH (however, candidates must be residing permanently within Metro Manila)
Occasional travel within the Philippines or Southeast Asia may be required as the program expands
We’re Offering: Statutory benefits in accordance with Philippine employment regulations
Indicative salary range: P80,000 to P100,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience
The remuneration package may include:
Base salary
Performance-based incentives aligned with program growth and sales outcomes
Wireless Services Telecommunications and Communications Equipment Manufacturing
