What You?ll Do:

• Find new customers like real estate developers, contractors, and property managers.
• Promote and sell elevators, escalators, and lift services.
• Meet with clients, understand their needs, and offer the best solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals to close deals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Manage online marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and attend trade shows.
• Track sales, submit reports, and achieve monthly targets.
  
  

• Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience (preferably in elevators, construction, or real estate or equivalent).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and hit sales goals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
