Job Description

Identify/create leads through the internet, project database and referrals (word-of-mouth);
Maintaining existing and loyal clients;
Creates and maintains client profile;
Calls clients and establish contact relations;
Visit client site and conduct sales pitch and product presentation;
Coordinates progress of the project with the Operations;
Visits account and ensure satisfaction on the progress of the project;
Conduct post-project client satisfaction interview/survey to re-establish client relations.
Attends to customer queries or concerns
Prepares monthly Sales Projection report
Graduate of Engineering, Architecture or related course
Has great passion for sales and excellent customer service
At least 2 years work related experience in sales
Good in oral and written communication skills
