Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows that improve operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with UiPath, applies REFramework consistently, and can independently deliver end-to-end automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation workflows end-to-end
• Apply UiPath REFramework in all applicable solutions (mandatory)
• Develop services that interact with other systems via REST APIs
• Conduct testing, debugging, enhancements, and performance optimization with minimal supervision
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize deployed bots to ensure operational stability
• Handle secure integrations including SFTP, S3, SharePoint, and PCI-DSS-aligned implementations
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to refine requirements
• Document workflows, logic, and troubleshooting guides clearly
• Provide technical support to end-users and mentor junior developers when needed
• Participate in Agile/PwOw ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Explore and adapt to other RPA platforms beyond UiPath
• Preferred: Integrate Office 365 services using Microsoft Graph API
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Must have hands-on experience working with UiPath REFramework
• Minimum 1 year of experience implementing microservices
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with C# or VB.NET
• Familiarity with SQL or related databases
• Experience working with secure storage solutions (SFTP, S3, SharePoint) and PCI-DSS practices
• Familiar with Agile or PwOw ways of working
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
